Exams will be completed in the comfort of your own office. 

Providers will list their availability on the UBERDOC platform where exams will be scheduled online. Prior to the exam, you will be provided with a details and instructions of what needs to be completed. These exams are a standard history and physical. After the exam is completed, you will be responsible for a documented note of findings.

No. Providers are no responsible for determining if an Applicant is disabled. 

Providers will use their own malpractice for these exams. 

That depends on the provider, however must exams take about 30 minutes.
