Exams will be completed in the comfort of your own office. 

Providers will list their availability on the UBERDOC platform where exams will be scheduled online. Prior to the exam, you will be provided with a details and instructions of what needs to be completed. After the exam is completed, you will be responsible for a documented note of findings.

You will not be responsible for making a medical diagnosis. You are only responsible for providing a written report of findings. 

Providers will use their own malpractice for these exams. 

That depends on the provider, however must exams take about 45 minutes.

These are one-time evaluations. Providers are not responsible for follow-up with the patient.
